Senior Treasurer (REF:IT-HK-000002) -based Xiamen
 
Responsibilities :
- -Manages investment portfolio policy design and oversight.
- -Manages the company・s credit policy and the customer credit limit
- -Manages funding and borrowing/usage strategy in line with projected acquisitions and other business opportunities.
- -Provides quantitative financial analysis support to management, including proposed business valuations.
- -Provides oversight reports, policy recommendations and interpretive guidance to the Board of Trustees.
- -Contributes to the enterprise・s ability to provide short-term and long-term strategies for the advancement of people development skills as they relate to maintaining and upgrading the employee・s knowledge of report functions.
- -Manages the preparation of the company・s federal tax return, property taxes and retail property management.
 
Role Summary :
- Primarily responsible for developing and managing external financial relationships, oversees cash and investment management, debt issuance and compliance, credit enhancement, and asset-liability management.
Report to: CFO

 
Requirement :
- -BA/BS degree in Finance/Business/Accounting; MBA a plus.
-More than 5 years related working experiences in multi-national company.
-Be proficient in SAP, all MS Office applications, as well as the internet.
-Fluently in English listening , speaking , read , writing.
-A confident and poised individual with a strong presence, capable of presenting ideas in a clear and compelling manner;
-A team builder and team player;
-Intellectually curious and tough-minded, with an intuitive sense of whether operations and programs are progressing according to plan(s);
-Possess the highest levels of integrity, ethics and judgment, both professionally and personally;
-Seeks to become thoroughly involved in the details of the business in order to quickly address the numerous problems and issues that will surface on a daily basis;
-An effective supervisor with a management character!
-An effective negotiator capable of achieving both short and long-term objectives and consistently delivering :win-win; outcomes;
-Determined, innovative and flexible, with a strong work ethic. A person with a sense of urgency and a willingness to make tough decisions;
-Able to create and articulate a strategic vision clearly and persuasively, both to colleagues within the Company as well as outside constituencies.
